“I got it wrong! I ordered filters for a Dyson cordless V6 and found to my horror I owned a Dyson V7 but rang NI spares and the representative was brilliant. I only need to return one of the filters and will do a swop, obviously I pay postage to return but couldn't believe it when he said they would not charge me for posting replacement to me. Seem like a decent, honest and fair company.”
