“This is an excellent service. I had some issues with Royal Mail and Andrew did all he could to help out and resolve it with excellent communication. It would be great if the business had a collection facility for NI customers but I appreciate that may not be feasible.”

“My Bosch oven developed a fault last week just before Chrstmas which meant it no-longer heated up. This could have been a nightmare. A Bosch call out and part replacement by their technician was £110 (call out) plus their cost of the part £50. Using NI spares I was able to order the correct part and fit it myself for £27. The part was a direct replacement and fitted and works fine. No problems, quick delivery and well packaged. Christmas dinner will nolonger he ruined.”

They were delivered in a couple of days, now fitted and spinning away again.”
