“I have just placed a repeat order for a cooker element after purchasing one just under a year ago. I bought 2 this time to tide me over (brand new cooker was a year old when I had to replace the element last year so this seems to be the shelf life for this model). Meant to leave a review last year and haven't received the current order yet having just placed it but I was really impressed with my previous order. I'm in Scotland and needed the item fast, it was really reasonably priced, easy to order and arrived within a day or 2. Email order confirmation, dispatch confirmation email and tracking provided and the item arrived in perfect condition, was easy to fit and exactly what I needed. Clearly was brand new and has lasted as long as the original element. Unsurprisingly this was the first place I thought of tonight when it went again and despite my being in Scotland NI Spares will probably be my first port of call for available items as long as possible based on initial experience.”

“Door catch on my Smeg dishwasher packed up so I ordered a brand new dishwasher. Curiosity got the better of me and I reviewed to see if this was a common fault. It appeared it is and I then searched for the replacement part which was widely available at various prices for item and delivery. NI spares were very competitive with a swift delivery option. Ordered and delivered two days later. Item was fitted within 30 minutes of receiving it and saved me £500 on a new dishwasher packed. Would definitely recommend.”
