“The cooker hood filters were great, a great fit and look good, just what I wanted. The only downside side was the delivery via Royal Mail left a lot to be desired-in the end I had to hunt the parcel down myself-eventually (after week!) I found it at my local post office. I would suggest you change your carrier for deliveries as this is not the first time I have had problems with Royal Mail deliveries”

“NI Spares provided a very rapid delivery of a replacement for a broken Neff element. I chose the more expensive original Neff element rather than their cheaper 3rd party element. There was however no packaging or labelling to confirm the element to have been a genuine Neff product.”

“Hi ya, they didn’t fit the rangemaster cooker hood… I disassembled them, emptied the old ones, cleaned them and the uses the carbo from NI spares replacement to fill the old ones, reassembled them and put them back on… so in short not a very good product”
