“I ordered a charger for my Dyson vacuum and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I seem to have ordered the wrong one and, after contacting you, I got a helpful reply from Andrew. I sent the incorrect one back today and I'm waiting for the replacement. So far so good.”
