“Contacted NI Spares through the WhatsApp facility on their website to try and get a replacement heating element for an oldish electric oven we had inherited after a house move. I didn't have much hope of finding a replacement due to the age of the oven. Within 5 minutes NI spares had contact me and after a few more messages they had found a replacement. They sent me the link to their website with the correct part and probably 15 minutes after my first initial WhatsApp message I had ordered the replacement I required. It arrived within a few days and I had it fitted in 10 minutes. Chips on the menu again. Very happy with NI Spares and will definitely use again.”
