“I ordered an element for my Nordmende fan oven from NI Spares and when it arrived it wasn’t the same as the old one. I emailed NI Spares to check I had ordered the correct part and they replied within a couple of minutes and advised there had been many changes to my oven, one of which was a bulkier element and while the one I had ordered would work perfectly fine, the bulkier element would be more durable. Without prompting, Andrew offered to send me the bulkier element at no extra cost and it arrived a couple of days later. I didn’t even have to think about the hassle of a refund or exchange. The service was prompt and efficient and Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely buy from NI Spares again in the future and would highly recommend them.”
