“Had these filters before - they are easy to fit once you know how to do it / very difficult first time as the hood tends to block the view and connecting the two holes with the two pegs is difficult - mainly due to the hood design. The filters last for a good length of time.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I provided all the correct information, including the serial number and model of my cooker hood, and was recommended specific filters. However, when they arrived, they were not suitable and did not fit at all. I contacted the company requesting a replacement, but received no response to my email. Poor customer service and incorrect advice — I would not recommend.”

However, after checking your order, the filters purchased were not the same ones we recommended. We also checked our email and WhatsApp messages and can see no further contact after we sent the link to the advised filter.
