“Very efficient service. Received my oven element in 2 days, however when I got it the element was damaged (the fault of the delivery company I have no doubt as the box looked like it had been kicked around be place!!) I emailed ni spares on Saturday evening and they replied within 20 minutes, very apologetic for the inconvenience and offered to send me a new element on Monday, which I received on Tuesday in perfect condition. Highly recommend”
