“The heater element on our cooker went suddenly, went on line and NI spares came up, looked through their list and found cooker element, I had the serial number from the cooker, it was then very straight forward to find the element I needed, paid for it and a couple of days later it arrived and was fitted, no problems with dealing with NI spares would recommend, no problem.”
