Hi I placed and paid for my order in good faith only to receive an email several days later saying the order had be cancelled and my payment had been refunded - but with no explanation whatsoever! Would not recommend shopping on-line with Nicholls because I was very disappointed Jan Owen

Good Morning, I am really sorry to hear your experience was not as expected. I can see from the records you placed the order on Saturday and on Monday and Wednesday we emailed to explain one of the items you ordered was out of stock and we were unable to source anymore. Due to ordering by Paypal we didn't have a telephone number to contact you on, so could only email you. We are always reluctant to ship part orders without prior consent of the customer and due to not hearing from you within 5 days, always prefer to cancel the order and refund as soon as possible. We do still have the remaining part of the order held for you, and if you would still like it, we could dispatch as a matter of urgency.
