I ordered a necklace yesterday which was confirmed only to receive an email today to say you are now out of stock. This is very frustrating as all sale offers are no longer on, and would expect you to offer something for the same value as was your error. Very disappointed with this service.

Placed an order 28th Nov received a despatch notice 29th Nov, still not received my goods. Called, left a message for a call back Friday 9th Dec no call, left another message Monday 12th Dec for call back again no call. Now 14th December still no goods, customer service non existent, can’t comment on goods as still have not received them. I will have to claim back on credit card through lack of response very disappointing!!

Ordered on the 26th November still havnt received my parcel yet , had a confirmation email to say my amazon pay went through all ok but still no parcel now the 3rd of Dec

Awful. Just received my new Charlie Bear with a broken leg and a big piece of dust on the fur. Clearly seen better days. Will not use this company again.

The jackets arrived in a small plastic bag consequently they looked as is I had pulled them out of the laundry bin I immediately put them back into the bag and sent them back to you the garments were not cheap you need to readdress this problem

Two very rude members of staff on the till today On the receipt it said served by Hannah The first one told me to hurry up very bad attitude from the two of them I won’t be returning

I ordered a pair of BARBOUR Ladies Wilton Short Wellington Boots which were brown in the picture on their website (product code: LRF0066). I did notice that the colour was stated as 'Olive' in the description but it was the brown boots i wanted like in the picture. The boots were delivered today and they are bright green, not what i thought i was getting. Very disappointing. I will be returning the boots but i am not sure if i am able to get brown ones as a replacement. I have emailed the company and i am waiting for a response.

ordered a scarf 12 days ago… was told it was shipped 10 days ago ‘next day delivery’ I was hoping to wear it during the cold weather, obviously Nicholls had other plans. I asked for an update (& a tracking number which they also don’t provide you with) 6 days in & received an update that it will arrive on the 3rd of December, it’s now the 7th. I asked for the tracking number again, and once again i was ignored. I find it very odd that a company can claim they send their parcels ‘next day delivery’ which is a service that always has a reference number or a tracking number provided, yet don’t give the information to the customer. I also find it odd how an item can be sent ‘next day’ delivery, but still not be here 12 days later. By the time I receive this scarf, if i ever do, it’ll be summer. Don’t shop with this company.

Really impressed with being refused the use of toilets as apparently they are only for customers who eat or drink in the store, it doesn't matter how much you spend in Nicholls or how loyal a customer you are you will be refused the basic facilities of using the toilets! Get over yourselves people and have a heart!

Ordered a collar and they sent a lead. Blamed it on Barbour and took no responsibility. Refused to refund me if I didn’t return the item even though I’m self isolating so can’t return it. Honestly appalled

I received an email from Nicholls advising to call Kyra regarding a jewellery order for my partner which I liked - I rang the number provided and then advised me to phone the Abergavenny store but did not have he number to hand to call and left me on hold. I then googled and called the Abergavenny store and spoke to someone who again was of no help and didn't want to help - promised a call back to take my payment for an item and never received a phone call to take the payment. Worst customer service I have ever received. An independent store you would have thought would have been glad of the business in these times - would never use again!!

I placed an order with this company 12 days ago. The website advertises a 48hr delivery service on the product I purchased. When checking out I received a delay notice informing me delivery would in fact take 4-5 days. I am still awaiting my parcel. I have emailed the store expressing my disapointment and explaining the bracelet was for a friend to wear at their grandfathers funeral (which has now been and gone) therefore some transparency from them could have resulted in me finding a gift elsewhere. Their reply was very dismissive and impudent with no attempt at apologising.
