“Not refunded in full 😞 I was sent the incorrect colour, asked for refund but didn't get full refund The postage remains outstanding”

“After having submitted glasses which I had hoped could have new lenses in, I was told it wasn't possible in that particular frame. The frames arrived back within two days, and the refund was made immediately. The team then went on to advise of a frame that might be suitable which they located with another supplier, and then sorted out the dark framed cycling glasses I wanted. The service was so helpful, quick and conscientious, I don't think I would shop around. I will always use this company from now on. They are a joy to work with and incredibly helpful.”

“I had an operation on one eye and ended up with double vision. The opthalmologist recommended prism lenses to rectify this condition. Specsavers wanted over £260 for rimless glasses with prisms but online opticians are not allowed to supply prisms. Newlenses are able to and I received very quickly a pair for only £143 and they are excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Newlenses to anyone requiring requiring new spectacles. They are currently reglazing a favourite pair of tank commander's sunglasses for me.”

“Had expensive glasses which were put in a draw ,because i I couldn’t find any one to replace the lenses. After a search online decided to risk sending them to Newlenses . I’m glad I did as the new lenses are brilliant. Very pleased .”

“" I can see clearly now " To be honest, I was looking for another internet based spectacle company that I had used before when I came across Newlenses.co.uk. Their site was very easy to use and the glasses on offer looked really good and pretty inexpensive so I thought I would give them a go. My own glasses had broken and I was just looking for a quick fix until I bought a new pair. Newlenses.co.uk were offering 2 pair for only £19. There was a good selection of glasses on offer. Nothing too fancy but they looked very good all the same. I decided on a smart black framed pair and proceeded to enter my information. The ordering process was really easy and after entering my prescription details, I had bought my new glasses. I was absolutely delighted a few days later when my glasses arrived. They both came in their own sturdy case with a cleaning cloth and when I tried a pair on, They were a great fit. A big thank you to Newlenses.co.uk for a really good experience. Great website, Great service and a GREAT product! I will now be using Newlenses.co.uk to order my " proper" glasses and I intend to spend a lot more than £19 this time :) Newlenses.co.uk has a new customer in me and if you are looking for a pair of glasses, you really should check them out, You will not be disappointed.
