“I use Park and fly for all my parking at Newcastle Airport, I usually park with them 3 times a year. I always receive a professional service, the drivers and reception staff are really nice, courteous people. Security is first class, I would not leave my car there otherwise, they are quick to load your luggage on to the bus so as to get you to the terminal for your flight. On your return, you simply go to the pick up point which has a shelter for the rainy days, the bus will arrive to pick you up, the driver does the loading, no phone calls to make, they know when your flight lands, late or on time, simple as that. I am in know way connected to Park and Fly, I Happen to think that a good service should receive the praise that it deserves. I have no worries in recommending Park and Fly to anyone considering parking at Newcastle Airport.”

“I have only recently began to use Park & Fly but I have quickly found that even aftet only a few uses their high standard and reliability means that they are now my first choice provider. I have also recommend them to others who also received great service. On my most recent trip I travelled with other passengers who had parked elsewhere. Once I was en-route I telephoned them only to find out that they were still awaiting collection from Arrivals. Speaks volumes for efficiency and service.”

“Stayed at the Premier Inn overnight after parking the car with you. If an arrangement with premier Inn could be made for Park + Fly to pick up from the hotel it would be greatly appreciated, especially if it is raining.”

“Once again very straightforward to book online, best price and helpful that we can also book security fast track at same time. Car drop and pickup very smooth and no significant waiting time for courtesy bus. We will continue to use Park & Fly as our preferred provider.”

“Excellent service. Easy to find and no problems checking the car in. Prompt transfer to airport by very cheery driver. On our return were picked up very quickly on a cold night. Car had been valeted as requested (& given the state of the inside of our vehicle that was quite something!). Only one thing could be improved....had car engine been switched on & engine left running for a wee while before we got in (this used to happen a few years ago at some airparks...it was just FAB!) Would definitely book with you again”

“No problems at all. Outbound we were at the airport within 5 minutes of getting to the car park. Return journey took a little longer - surprised that the mini bus driver was also responsible for the office?”

“A convenient way of ensuring that your vehicle is left in a secure place when using the airport. The only drawback is sometimes having to wait to be collected after returning to the airport but not always.”
