“Never parked in the airport before but with my wife now needing wheelchair assistance we decided that was the best option. If I had of known just how convenient and how well it worked, I would have been a customer year's ago. Does exactly what it says on the tin!”

“Have used Park and Fly several times a year and for several years and have always had good customer service. Have only had to wait a few minutes on landing when there has been more people than the mini bus can take. Will continue to use in the future also.”

“Number plate recognition system not working got soaked waiting for a very abrupt operator to answer the help call Had to start digging around for booking reference in the rain and late at night”

“I chose to upgrade to the short stay car park in front of the terminal so that we wouldn't have to wait for the minibus to come and collect us but when we tried to exit the car park the ticket machine said we hadn't paid and wouldn't lift the barrier (so much for No plate recognition) when I pressed the information button I couldn't hear the assistants voice so had to telephone him to get him to lift the barrier! Not very satisfactory.”

“I have used Park and Fly on numerous occasions and have always found the service first class. When returning from holiday my car is always handily parked meaning no wandering round looking for it. The staff are friendly and efficient and I never worry about my car while away.”
