“Easy to book on line very friendly staff good price”

“The outward service was fine but the return pick up was an utter nightmare! !We ended up walking back to the car park ourselves after waiting 15 mins as no sign of any buses. Other people waiting followed suit as they were also sick of waiting. I questioned the receptionist who advised they only had two buses and one of those he did not know it's whereabouts.Shambles. just as well it was not raining.!!!”

“The Parking upgrade arrangement was very good. The one difficulty was getting out of the car park .the ticket wouldn't acknowledge the number plate. Unable to get help immediately so had to reverse to get out of the queue, bit stressful after a long late flight”

“I OWN A BRAND NEW CAR 2015 REG, AND ALTHOUGH I CAN NOT PROVE AS IT WAS DARK WHEN WE ARRIVED BACK IN TO NEWCATLE. BUT I AM CERTAIN 100% SURE THAT YOU DAMAGED MY CAR BOTH, SUCFFING MY BACK BUMBER AND BREAKING MY REAR OFF SIDE BACK FOG LIGHT, AS I DID NOT CHECK MY CAR OVER BEFORE LEAVING YOUR SITE I CAN LONGER PURSUE YOUR COMPANY FOR DAMAGES, £119 IN TOTAL FOR THE REPAIR, [PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SITE AGAIN AND WILL INFORM OTHER PEOPLE OF MY EXPERENCE.”

“since the change to service other car parks as well as the Park and fly the bus service from the airport is not as good as it used to be. We had to wait a long time on a bus and on arrival the bus was to full and had to wait another five to ten minutes on another. This needs to be looked at.”

“I've used Park & Fly for many years and have always been extremely grateful for their excellent service. However, this time they went the extra mile. I arrived back, the bus arrived at the airport within two minutes and we were soon back at the car park. I collected my key from the lovely lass in the office, but then every driver's worst nightmare. A flat battery! The Park & Fly driver brought a battery to my car, wired it up, but it still was not having it. He then went somewhere locally to get a stronger battery which did the trick. I was fearing having to call the RAC as they can take up to two hours and with my 90 year old mother in tow, that was not a prospect I was looking forward to! So thank you very much to the man who helped me, you were brilliant.”
