“Having ordered a ups (uninterruptible power supply) online for next day delivery (and paid extra for this), listed as in stock and having recieved the emails - your order is being processed - your order has been despatched, I waited for it to arrive. two days later i chased to be informed that the item hadn't been despatched, but would be delivered next day. I cancelled the order and went to a shop. Who knows what the service is usually like, but as a regular buyer of equipment for our business, based over four sites our first experience is probably the last. Bet this review doesnt make it online!”

“A bit expensive when it comes to price but good selection of networking gear and stellar customer support. One thing I would note that the loaded faceplates should say what kind of termination is required either 110 or Krone. I was using my 110 punchdown tool only to discover from elsewhere that sells the same faceplate that it is Krone type.”
