Excellent information provided by Neograss when I was researching artificial grass and compared to other samples I'd seen from other companies theirs was better quality (albeit more expensive). I ordered the Inverness which came as promised but when laid looked faulty because the pile in one pretty large area appeared to be m/f the wrong way. I contacted Neograss and they reassured me it was the end of a roll and would correct but may take until the weather warmed up. Two weeks after laying it still looks faulty and doesn't look any different. I accept it's still cold but even so I'm worried. so whilst I'm happy to recommend the company I can't give it 5 stars until this situation is resolved.
