“I purchased silica sand from neograss and it was perfect for my grass, which unfortunately i wasn't able to purchase from Neograss. I wish i could have installed as after seeing their grass samples unfortunately I had to then later settle for lesser quality from else where as i need a 5m width which was a perfect fit for my garden without the need for a join. The Neograss samples i received we far better than any others i had looked at, and I ordered at least 30 free samples from many companies. the blades were wider, thicker, had more variety of blade bend. i was really upset when i realised i couldn't have it! maybe on another install in the futre”

“Very happy with the customer service and whole ordering and delivery process. Received a telephone call advising me of the delivery date, then a call from the driver to advise me of the time on the day. As others have noted - NeoGrass use a man with his van to travel all over Britain on deliveries and he does his job very well indeed. A nice friendly chap who works extremely hard by the few minutes chat I had with him. The grass itself weighs a tonne so bear that in mind if you are doing the install yourself. We used two trolleys at each end to shift it into the back garden. The product itself (Aberdeen) is very impressive although expensive of course. Not added the kiln dried sand to it yet as the weather has held things up, but I can see it is going to look amazing. My 10 month old daughter has already had a roll around on it and loves it! The company seems very small but is able to source an excellent product, has a lovely website and lots of helpful advice for home installers. If you want to do it yourself it is perfectly within most peoples capabilities but can take a lot longer than you think to get it right. One tip - buy the underlay for a lovely feel underfoot and softer landings for little ones and their inevitable face plants!”

“The samples arrived in a timely manor, and they reflected the actual product. We chose the 40mm with a 10mm underlay, the results were excellent, and transformed our rear garden that was covered with concrete slabs. Delivery was on time, although it would have been delivered a week earlier if we had been available to accept it, The driver was very helpful. We would highly recommend this company.”
