A lot of information - actually way too much information. I really don't know what it helps that I now know the internal structure of a bacterium. There is a lot of information which really is not related to a food business. The reading of all the text - and there is a lot of this - takes far too long and makes the whole course really boring. So after a while you do other things while the slide slowly comes to an end and you actually learn less. It is professionally made with nice images (most of them), but there are also a few errors. For example they tell you with a bacterial infection your MUST use antibiotics...

Clear presentation although the inability to skip or see how many slides each upcoming module was until it was started was irritating and made planning difficult. Also having to do the HACCP module when I had just finished the HACCP module was annoying.

I thought the course was quite in-depth, perhaps a little too much for my needs. I did however, enjoy the course and found it easy to unnderstand.

Even though I've rated the actual training sessions highly I would like to add that actually getting set up is extremely confusing.

Hello We are Nicolau and Monica from Nico Panino Food truck, and we're very happy with NCASS training, especially for the support we have received in all our needs as: courses, equipments, providers and many other things. I think we'll have a long history togheter.

The NCASS online training is great but to make it perfect it need staff to be reviewed after 1 month then again after 6 months. I find most staff come in after passing the training not remembering what they just learnt. I do feel if they were to be tested a few weeks after they completed the training most would fail. If there was an online test they could do once passed, I feel it would be a valuable tool for the industry.

Training is complete but narration is too slow. Sometimes slides get stuck as well but what is very annoing is that when you click on the stuck botton, very often brings you back to the first slide of the chapter...and happens really frequently!!Everything else is fine.

Overall the courses I have done are well put together and straight forward to use. I found the narration frustratingly slow, I understand this is a City & Guilds requirement, but surely it could be sped up slightly. Also a little glitchy on the iPad, which needs to be improved as not many people have time to sit at a computer for hours, whereas being able to pick up the iPad for half an hour here and there is far easier. A useful tool with room for improvement.
