“I love doing my training with ncass they are patient and really trick the questions around to try your knowledge which is great also they are so prompt when everything needs updating and they keep you informed on all the up to date news involving the catering and business management which I think is fab a big thankyou to this company for everything perfect in every way 🤗”

“Very informative course and a very happy learning experience. One suggestion: the pictures of flies and cockroaches on the slides of part 6 should be replaced or reduced in number. They are so disgusting that I have to block the pictures when reading the words on the slides.”

“Lots of key information taught in an accessible and succesful way - I feel confident that I have learned enough to be abel to conduct a food biz safely and in line with regulations. However, the training portal has a timer on each slide before you can move onto the next, which was a bit frustrating especially if you were logged out and then had to sit through slides already completed for a second time. There were also a few typos in the course materials + exam.”
