“More questions during training would help learning. No info on how to put someone in recovery position. Tech issues meant system crashed after module 2 and I had to redo the whole module”

“I think it would helpful if you could save your place halfway through a module. As if you get called away from it, it times out and takes you back to the start of the module. Then you are forced to sit on every page you have already read for the allocated time to just get back to where you were! A link also didnt work for further information, that was within the course materials. Otherwise it was informative and the download of notes was also helpful. Thanks.”
