“Very frustrating when it logs you out mid-module and it then starts from the beginning of that module - and that you can't skip slides. Some of the module questions don't give you the correct answer if you get it wrong”

“It was very useful to revisit the training notes to prepare for the test. We do catering for some church groups, not frequent, but I feel it's still very important to follow high standards even though we are volunteers. I noted that when we retained our hygiene rating of 5 on inspection by EHO, they were pleased that my certificate was from yourselves without question! I might comment that there are some typos in the questions set in the test e.g. commercial spelt with one 'm', but I admit to being a pedant! Thanks for the training and the PASS result. I am commending the course to others who do catering at our church.”

“4 times over 3 days that I was doing this course at the end of a module I would be logged out and then would have to repeat the whole module again! I did call up tech support and they were very helpful in moving me on to the next module (but 4 times this happened! It wasn’t my browser history of chrome) Then in the test I got half way through and it just wouldn’t move on to the next question - I had no choice but to refresh the page and then of course I had to start the test from the very beginning again. A few spelling/ grammar mistakes too which considering the price is really lacklustre Over rall highly irritating experience”
