“I feel like the course was not always laid out in a clear way. Some parts felt overly repetitive, and in other parts it wasn't always clear why you were learning something at that stage in the slides. It does feel, generally, like a fairly dry way to learn this information. Helpful and thorough of course. I wonder if a mix of short videos, more spot-test quizzes, and written information would help users to learn this information.”

“The training programme is extremely well paced, but most importantly the system worked without any technical issues and saved my place to make it properly bite sized. The information is excellent as you would expect from NCASS. First class training”
