“I found the course very informative, the course notes provided in an alternative window are useful and easy to download for personal reference. I personally prefer this style of learning compared to other styles, it was also handy to be able to come back to the course at any point and especially in-between modules as there was a lot of content. It is a good thing to still be able to learn at ones own pace.”

“Great training. Took quite a while as you cannot click next slide when you’re done yourself and need to wait for the button to appear, it does appear timed according to the slide so by the time you’re done reading it does pop up. other than that it was great and I’d happily do another training course with NCASS.”

“Very informative course and a very happy learning experience. One suggestion: the pictures of flies and cockroaches on the slides of part 6 should be replaced or reduced in number. They are so disgusting that I have to block the pictures when reading the words on the slides.”
