“Straight forward. Easy to follow. Although the voiceover is quite slow”

“The content was fine, however some of the expectations of medical emergency treatments were beyond what would be reasonable person would assume without practical, hands on demonstrations. The slides rotate so slowly that I was thinking that I was the one suffering a seizure, please speed them up”

“I enjoyed the training which I found very rich. It had the information and knowledge I hoped I would find. The slides are also provided and a valuable resource going forward and though I passed the exam at one sitting it really tested me. A very good quality training. I highly recommend it. “Very clear layout on screen. Good clear spoken voice takes you through the text. Website reliable and saves your progress and you can go back to revise as often as you like. Good bullet points cut through the chaff and only give you important info you need for this work and for this test.”

“Good training, very in-depth. My only criticism is we dont get to see the correct answers on the questions we got wrong at the end of the test. Which is quite important.”

“Two of the slides didnt work properly - at the time, I didnt realise that these were only the slides leading up to the actual exam (so it didnt matter). One was a drop down thing where you had to select an answer (section 7 I think, about detergents, all the option drop down menus worked on that slide except one, which would not budge so I had to skip the question).”

“Pretty easy to follow. Would like to have capability of moving to next slide quicker rather than waiting for narrative to finish. I could read it quicker than the slow reading delivery! Also, the test questions need to be clearer about how many answers need to be checked rather than make me guess! Slides 15 and 16 in Module 1 have no audio. Otherwise, all very comprehensive and well presented through the user friendly portal. Well done. Carol”
