“The slide froze several times which meant I had to refresh the page and repeat information which was frustrating at times it wasn't clear how to resume the training, I was looking for a link on therein NCASS website and had to call for guidance”

“As one of the higher end courses ( for non members £30) I wouldn’t say that the course was particularly exceptional or worthy of your money over other courses. I saw a different £10 course with a different provider and wished I had taken it and saved £20. Nothing special. Very basic”
