“Just completed this, very good and thorough notes, and I am glad to see that at the end it is possible to download the notes. However, if you want to go back and find a section it is quite hard to navigate while still completing the course. I would have given this 5 stars except that there are a few spelling mistakes, typos etc.”

“This was very thorough in its content. A few spelling errors and annoyingly had to start from the beginning of the module twice when the internet cut out. I would have like a few more practical examples and a longer test would have enabled me to be more confident in the value of the certificate.”

“This was my third level 2 course, I hadn't refreshed it in a few years. Very comprehensive and thorough, with some new stuff from previous courses. A few minor quibbles.Some of the questions in the course I got wrong but there was no way to find the correct answers. In a few places the spoken text and written text were different and there are several typos in the text. Some of the test questions were worded in an odd way.”
