I enjoyed this training course but there were a few problems on some pages causing incorrect scores. Some pages were completed 100% correct but showed as an incorrect answer. Another page would not let me move my choices around the page and ended with an incorrect answer. Another page that I had to rearrange didn't let me and as soon as I touched the screen it went to the next page.

very easy to use and follow. please would you take a look at slide 38 on module 13. it says the frozen food temperature is from 8 degrees to minus 22 degrees. should this not be minus 18 degrees to minus 22 degrees?
