“Very detailed and explains things simply. Logged me out a few times, then ended up going back a lot of slides. Would be nice if you could speed up the slides as you can read it quicker than it is read aloud.”

“I had already learnt a lot from mum who has a level 3 with you. I do not work much, but really sensible as sometimes I help out in their shop.... Thankyou. only help out sometimes at weekends when I am not doing my normal job.”

“This is my first time venturing into catering so a steep learning curve, at almost 65 years old I was expecting to struggle but thanks to the simple, effective & informative way that this course is set out I was somewhat surprised that it wasn't that bad so thank you to NCASS Training. I will be taking further courses for myself & staff through NCASS. I would recommend this training for anyone who like me seems to think that it is too late to learn or simply wants to improve their skills. So to sum up Thank You! NCASS”

“The slideshows were thorough but straight to the point so I felt like I was using my time well, the modules were split well and overall I now feel better informed on food hygiene. One improvement I would give would be that when I logged out of one device and logged on on a new device my progress would be lost for the past 10 or so slides, this wasn’t a real issue but it made the process less smooth.”
