“I was pretty nervous to start this course but it was written and explained straight to the point and easily able to take in the knowledge. I'm looking at completing Level 3 too and from how well I understood the course for level 2, I'm sure I'll be just fine o the next course. Thank you :D”

“Content is fine a few typos but what is frustrating is having to redo a few of the modules as it freezes I clicked the top button as advised and it restarted the whole thing again 4o odd frames!”

“I really feel you need to update all your training modules. They feel very clunky and old fashioned compared to some of the other providers on the market and let down NCASS as a whole.”

“The training is very comprehensive and technical. Most chefs would not have attained this detail of knowledge. However, all the terminologies are so difficult to general public. A chef is not an academic person and is unable to acquire such knowledge in a short period of time.”

“When I was doing my course I failed twice, but I never give up I continue to do my course and I come to my success I pass hip hip hooray, I am very happy the course was very helpful and it gives me a lot of knowledge and understanding towards what I'm about to do thank you NACASS.”

“The NCASS Level 2 Training Course was a really worthwhile course. The information was excellent very clear and easy to understand. I really enjoyed the in-course quizzes at the end of each module it helped to absorb the information and provide confidence heading towards the final test at the end. The modules/course if very user friendly too”
