“This is the 5th or 6th course I have completed with NCASS over 18 years. I find the material comprehensive and relevant. Environmental Health Officers appreciate having a photo of the trainee on the certificate to verify who took the exam. Test questions could be less obtuse.”

“Very clear and I would say essential for everyone to have especially if you are just starting out with a new food trailer business - I wish I had done it earlier. Straight to the point/succinct/straight forward. Informative as well as giving advice on practical matters. A good course to ensure that you have all the necessary tools, signs and equipment. The fire extinguisher section is also an added bonus (for information)”
