“A good well presented course, some of the multiple choice answers are amusing and a bit daft but lots of useful info. Took me an hour only but I have done the course 3 times over the years”

“This course has been the best food safety course I've ever taken. Everything is explaining easily and the modules focus on their individually listed subjects, they don't completely bombard you with irrelevant information. Everything is straight to the point. I highly recommend!”

“Clear bullet points and well broken down into relevant bitesize chunks under suitable subheadings. However, some typos exist, and some words are wrong due to a lack of proofreading and then these are also read out. Perhaps some of the 'wrong' answers are a little obvious and it would be good to be tested a bit more.”
