“It was quite clear and very easy to follow but I can read a LOT faster than the voice over and found it distracting at times. It wouldn't have taken half the time to complete the course if I'd ben allowed to continue at my own pace and not have to wait for the voice over to finish each slide. That was quite annoying. I noticed a couple of mistakes in the slides too, I have put a picture of one of the mistaken slides below.”

“4 out of 5 as it could have been more interactive with more check back questions. Also the voice could have been real and not automated and swapped from male to female to stop it being so monotone.”

“made me more aware of what i have to be dilegent about when handling food and keeping premises up to standard. Once glich in your system. The end of module tests have to be looked into as a few questions in module 7 and 8 did not allow me to give an answer therefore i did not get answer correct. But overall it was an easy to follow tutorial and the test questions were not tricky. Thank you.”
