sometimes the slides were just too long before you could get to the next one, so took more time up than needed. other than that the training was good!

Comprehensive and easy to understand content, the quiz concluding and summarising each module was helpful too prior to the actual 20 question multi choice test. 1st time with on line training so a bit apprehensive but overall very gd.

A good solid course that everyone should go through, it may takes one week of studying (about 2 hours daily), essential course for any head chef, sous chef and supervisor!

The Modules were hard but very informative. Personally for me because I am a slow reader it took me 10-11 hours to fully comprehend. Your training time say 4 hours......I think it should be 5 hours. Module - In Handling Illness In A Food Business, Please check last paragraph, 2nd line: 'your get' (I think it should be you'll get). My surname is not fully there. It is Mary Salome Smeaton-Russell.
