“The Modules were hard but very informative. Personally for me because I am a slow reader it took me 10-11 hours to fully comprehend. Your training time say 4 hours......I think it should be 5 hours. Module - In Handling Illness In A Food Business, Please check last paragraph, 2nd line: 'your get' (I think it should be you'll get). My surname is not fully there. It is Mary Salome Smeaton-Russell.
