“The product packaging is A1. The product quality is simply excellent. The product delivery was good. I had a few product questions. The responses were okay but not thorough. However, they are following up and trying to get me answers.”

“I am a new customer of Navi's, although I have purchased a Navi product from Amazon UK in the past. I recently ordered some medicinal mushrooms from the Navi website and I have only tried the Reishi. I was so impressed that I had to google the benefits of the Reishi mushroom. I felt a boost in my mood and energy, so wasn't surprised to read that it helps with depression. This makes me feel confident in Navi and I will purchase from them again. Not sure that their customer service is optimal though, as I needed help with the gemstones and last I was told was that they were working on it and I have given up as it was at least two weeks ago! Besides that, I am quite pleased with Navi!”

“What a quality product! I am now addicted to this ghee butter and cannot imagine my kitchen without it and the taste this product gives to my dishes. The delivery was quick and jars very well packed. All arrived safely. I like the way Na'vi handle the communication with their clients. Ready to buy more. Thanks Na'vi.”

“Products are dispatched super quick which is great when you know you've ordered something fantastic and you can't wait to benefit from it. The products are not only top quality, they're incredibly beneficial. I don't know where I'd be without Na'vi, their products have helped improve my health no end when other versions of the same product I've bought in other places have had no effect.”
