“Entrega prevista a 16/01. Estamos a 24/01 e ainda não recebi a encomenda. Mesmo a razão de não ser Portugal continental, não justifica a demora, o prazo médio de entregas desta dimensão é de 3/4 dias.”

Boa tarde João. A morada de entrega da sua encomenda é nos Açores, o que está fora de Portugal Continental, portanto a sua encomenda nunca teve data prevista de entrega dia 16, nem tal foi mencionado por nós. A sua encomenda foi processada dia 15, e como sabe por experiência própria, as entregas nas ilhas são bastante demoradas em relação a Portugal continental devido aos custos e baixa demanda comercial, portanto uma entrega dia 16 é algo que não poderia acontecer. Lamentamos a sua review sem qualquer prévio contacto com o nosso suporte ao cliente, e com informações que nunca foram dadas pela nossa parte. Cumprimentos

“Ich habe meinem Hund schon viele NEM gegeben, nichts hat eine Besserung gebracht (Hüfte). 3 Tage halbe Dosis (0.2ml) am Morgen und Abends ein Leckerli und ihm ging es da schon sichtlich besser. Er sieht glücklicher aus, kommt besser aus dem Bett und spielt wieder gern. Unglaublich. Auch nach nun 2 Wochen habe ich die Dosis auf eine Gabe von 0.3 ml am Morgen nicht weiter erhöht, weil ich das Gefühl habe, es reicht ihm. Ein dickes Dankeschön für das tolle Produkt und auch an den Kundenservice. Alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und: es scheint zu schmecken, da er die Tropfen vom Leckerchen leckt, bevor er dieses futtert. Er ist sehr wählerisch sonst.”
