“I would have given Natural Choice 5 stars having purchased from them on a number of occasions. The reason for the 4 stars was that the shipping company they used DPD for my last order performed below expectations. I could accept the issue with the first delivery attempt however having decided to sit outside waiting for the DPD driver on the second delivery attempt constantly updating my phone with the updated delivery status only to then see the message SORRY WE MISSED YOU because the driver could not be bothered or was behind on his run was extremely annoying to say the least. I ended up requesting delivery to a local delivery point which I collected the order from. Other than the problem with the third party delivery company I would recommend Natural Choice for the quality and range of products that they supply.”

“This is the second time I've bought products from Natural Choice, they have a wide selection, reasonable prices and prompt delivery. However, on this occasion I was most disappointed with the toasted flaked almonds, not enough care is taken when handling them. Rather than flaked they were 'smashed' into small pieces, chippings if you like, and dust, that could quite honestly be 'floor sweepings', but of course aren't. When these are used in a granola mix the dust and chippings float on top of the milk.”

Hi Philip, Thank you for your useful review, we would encourage any of our customers to get in touch if you find your delivery damaged. Toasted Flaked Almonds are particularly crisp and fragile, easily broken in transit if the delivery driver is overly aggressive with your parcel. If you do suffer with breakages within your delivery, please contact us for a replacement, you shouldn't have to suffer due to driver negligence. Kind regards The Natural Choice Team

“I really enjoyed the sample packs, allowing me to try all the flavours and find my favourite before buying in bulk. I personally think the pistachio and cashew paste was quite dry and thick, it will be better if they were blended for a longer period of time.”

“Everything seemed to be efficient and fast and happened as promised on the website. The only thing I got stuck on was it wasn't obvious to me how I could actually place an order. Eventually I realised how to do this!”

“I have bought dried fruit from many different suppliers in the past and Natural Choice is yet another. But, I'll be ordering from here in future because I have never tasted such fresh produce. Now, because I'm a cheapskate, I added the nine nut mix to take me over the amount required for free delivery; and I'm really glad that I did. I honestly think these are the freshest nuts I have ever bought. They lack the musty smell of mixed nuts that is prevalent from many brands. I will order from here again.”

“Providing you are ordering enough (cost wise) the delivery is included. If you just want a little the delivery charge is £2.99 for up to 3kg of weight. If you want more (weight) the charge increases to £6.99. It's more economical (to your purse - not the environment) to order two batches. The products are fine - just as stated on the packaging. It would be better to be able to select the use by date - as one would be able to if handling in a store. It should be a minimum of one year.”

“Excellent office staff but let down by Royal Mail. Interestingly, another parcel was delivered at the same and having been told of reduced staffing levels I suspect that when their system detects another parcel for the same address, they simply waits for that one to arrive. The nuts are nicely packaged and taste good.”
