“Good stuff. Please use Royal Mail for delivery as others don’t”

“Absolutely amazing service. The quality of the items is excellent and very tasty. The order I placed arrived the next day. Very reluctant to give 4 stars. Reason being I found a stone in a prune this morning and I broke a tooth on a olive stone 3 weeks ago. Very unfortunate but I will definitely being placing more orders and recommending Natural Choice to family and friends.”

Hi Gerald, Sadly this price is not a typo.... Nuts in general have all gone up due to poor crops, high demand worldwide, and increased overheads. Some nuts like walnuts have trebled in price since October 2024, we have passed on savings for as long as we could, but with new, more expensive batches coming in, price increases have now been implemented. Hi Martin, Thank you for your review 😁, we don't disagree with your suggestion regarding notes within the box, and this has been mentioned before. However, given the fact we send out literally hundreds of parcels every day, printing hundreds of documents can also been seen as unnecessary and wasteful. We are mindful of carbon foot print, and proud of our recyclable packaging and paperless systems. Please note we do email customers a digital order confirmation, shipping confirmation which contains a link to download a digital invoice - which can be printed if required... Hi Vaughan, Thank you for your review and your regular orders 😊. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment in the postage rates, but in fairness, £7.95 to deliver a heavy parcel up to 15kg on a next day service via DPD is very competitive. And the fact we subsidise this cost means it would be difficult to beat. We could build carriage charges into the products, but this would only inflate product price and punish customer who spend £48+ to take advantage of the free delivery offer. However, please be mindful that postage is never truly free, we are only passing on charges set by Royal mail and the couriers whilst reducing our own margins to make carriages tolerable. The whole Natural Choice team work extremely hard to offer the finest products at competitive prices via a reliable service. “Love all their nut butters and found the goji berries good but the pitted prunes do have the occasional stone in them, which I only found out after I'd made a smoothie and found shattered pieces in my drink...”

“This was my first shop with natural choice resulting from a search for pecans in shells. I noticed you normally stock macadamia nuts in shells, though these were unavailable when I ordered. I'll have to try these another time. I like the resealable packaging. Delivery was prompt. I think Natural Choice could benefit from expanding their product range with a larger selection of fruits. Perhaps consider crystallised ginger etc. I look forward to future purchases.”

“The walnuts are some of the best I've tasted. With the exception of the pecans all other nuts are great. You will recall that you refunded me for my recent order of pecans. Whilst these are hugely better they are not the best I've had. Still a bit bitter”
