There were empty shells and what the nuts there were, were small and mouldy. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Quantity OK price is OK with quantity.. But quality is very very bad, I bought dried fig I put it in bin because of very bad smell.. Waste of money.. Don't buy from these people.. Buy good quality products

Its difficult to understand why you didn’t contact us direct before disposing of products and leaving four negative reviews, as you are clearly unhappy with everything about our company. Given that 98% of our customers are completely satisfied with the products and service we supply, and the fact that we provide products to some of the best chocolatiers, restaurants, and cereal manufactures in the country via wholesale and retail. Obviously, your standards and requirements must be far higher than anyone else! We all wish you the very best of luck in your quest to find the finest nuts and dried fruits on the planet. NC did not deliver even though I paid £7.95.

Hi Tina, Thank you for your feedback, however, after investigating your delivery with DPD, we have been provided with proof that DPD did advise and attempt delivery on the 21st - Within 24hrs of your purchase. According to the information supplied by DPD, nobody was available at your delivery address on the 21st so a calling card was left. You then contacted DPD and asked them to deliver to a local drop-off point, where you collected your parcel on the 22nd. Saying we "Did not deliver" is not really fair considering we met our 24hr promise in a very busy period. It's just unfortunate you were unavailable when DPD attempted delivery. It seems like the nuts have been in stock for a very long time as the taste and smell when you crack them is not pleasent.

Dear Elton, Thank you for your review, however, we are deeply disappointed that you felt the need to leave a 1-star review without contacting us first. We sell thousands of walnuts in shell on a regular basis, rarely have any issues due to the fact all ours walnut in shell are current crop, and of the finest Californian red diamond variety. Any kind of complaints for this product is most unusual, however, had you contacted us we would have offered you a full replacement, or issued a full refund, and arranged collection of the walnuts for testing. Dreadful delivery - despite leaving instructions to leave in the summerhouse - they left it in the rain! Ruined!

Absolutely horrible order the nuts smells to machine oil, and I just contact them by the contact form but no answer. I usually order regularly from them but this time the hazelnuts was horrible smelling and nobody respond to my request for support.

DPD leave parcel in front of door for all night,then temerature was -3. We was at home in this time then they come

We unfortunately ordered 3 KG Walnuts in shell, which turned out to be quite old from their taste. There are no dates mentioned

Just so you’re aware, there is a best before date on every pack. There is a minimum 4 months shelf life which is company policy, but most have 6 months or more. The quality of the nuts is not good. And the price considering postage is higher than supermarket price

The delivery by dpd was never attempted and my order was taken to a drop off point that I had no way of getting to. I tried calling dpd and they said they would sort it out but they never did. My order will shortly be returned to Natural Choice as it would have cost me more in taxi fares to retrieve it from the drop off point than the cost of the order and delivery. Not Natural Choice’s fault but maybe review your distributor. Very disappointing.
