“First time here and would def recommend. The hazelnuts were a little smaller than I've been used to however don't be out of by that as the flavour is excellent, texture is every good also and the price is very competitive. Just remember when ordering the vat gets added on after selection at checkout, which is the only reason for a 4* rather than 5*review. The delivery and turnaround time was excellent.”

Hi Carla, Thank you for your review, although it's a little disappointing ☹. We do give the give the approximate dimension of the mango in the product description, which can be quite large, up to 30mm x 90mm. And we do state the slices have a chewy texture. Our product is incredibly good value, and we are very proud of our service in general. “I love the verity of dried fruit and nuts available. With the option of a sample pack of you want to explore some new flavours! I did prefer shopping with the Royal Mail instead of DPD. I would the delivery more prompt and a lot less pricy!”

“I am very happy with the products you sell and I would buy more but I object to the delivery fees that you apply, I think charging £7 plus some bags even when you buy 1kgs bags is excessive and means I will look at other suppliers that appreciate their customers and has more reasonable fees.”

Hi Michelle, Thank you for review, unfortunately, delivery fees are unavoidable. Royal Mail and DPD are constantly adjusting prices to cover wage increases, fuel increases, and insurance increases which is understandable. HBS Natural Choice already absorb additional hidden surcharges implemented by couriers. The fact is delivery is never free, it has to be paid somewhere, by someone. Some suppliers will add carriage cost the a product price, but this only inflates the true product price and deters customers who collect and order in bulk.
