“I was very disappointed, when I received my order for 1kg of Brazil nuts. The quality is poor, off colour and the taste is not flavoursome. This was not what I was expecting, they look nothing like the picture. I am a first time customer. I would like a full refund.”

Normally, if there was ever an issue with anything, we would expect a direct response to your order confirmation, a phone call, an email, or contacting us via our website. Leaving a negative review for our company and for a product which has only every received 5 star reviews without even considering to contact us first is unjustified and derogatory, especially when we go above and beyond to supply the very best products and service. This is the first complaint for whole brazil nuts ever received - which seems strange given that this batch is to the same high standards of all previous batches.
