“We order peacan nuts at regular interval as there exceptable on a keto diet, giving us extra fibre to stay healthy. Roasting them with a little butter and salt on a baking tray for 15 minutes is all that is needed for healthy snacks throughout the day. Having a choice on buying the larger bags of 1kg is ideal.”
