“Reliably the best fruit, nuts, seeds and nut butters I can find on the market. Consistently fresh with a wide variety to choose from. I use daily for breakfast, snacking and cooking. Hi Ermira, Thank you for your review, although we are also deeply disappointed that you felt the need to leave a one-star review before discussing the situation. Firstly, nuts do not have an expiring date as they natural and low risk. We use “Best before” dates and this is why we only give our products a maximum of six months shelf life, so they are consumed whilst they are at their best.. When nuts are stored correctly, they will keep for 12 months or more however, no matter how well they are stored, an old nut is not going to taste as fresh as a new nut. So, we encourage customers to consume nuts sooner rather than later is a better experience. If weren’t happy with the best before, we would have happy taken them back for a full refund. You might prefer to purchase nuts with over ambitious best before dates. But we prefer to keep our shelf life short and realistic for maximum freshness whilst using PV and FFA testing to ensure our customers receive the best product. “Your Brazil Nuts are great. A little expensive but worth it. Only problem was reliability of the delivery through Royal Mail, waited in on the day only to get a message saying not able to deliver today and will deliver the following day. Not good as probably one of the most expensive methods of sekivery.”
