This is totally unexpected and unjustified. If you had an issue with the goods supplied, why didn't you contact us before leaving a damaging one star review... It's rare, but mistakes can happen, this could have been resolved swiftly with an email or a quick phone call to customer services. A bit disappointed that the country of origin for products specified on site is not the actual country of origin. I would've preferred the country of origin in product description which was one of the choice factors.”
