“Everything seemed to be efficient and fast and happened as promised on the website. The only thing I got stuck on was it wasn't obvious to me how I could actually place an order. Eventually I realised how to do this!”

“I have bought dried fruit from many different suppliers in the past and Natural Choice is yet another. But, I'll be ordering from here in future because I have never tasted such fresh produce. Now, because I'm a cheapskate, I added the nine nut mix to take me over the amount required for free delivery; and I'm really glad that I did. I honestly think these are the freshest nuts I have ever bought. They lack the musty smell of mixed nuts that is prevalent from many brands. I will order from here again.”

“Providing you are ordering enough (cost wise) the delivery is included. If you just want a little the delivery charge is £2.99 for up to 3kg of weight. If you want more (weight) the charge increases to £6.99. It's more economical (to your purse - not the environment) to order two batches. The products are fine - just as stated on the packaging. It would be better to be able to select the use by date - as one would be able to if handling in a store. It should be a minimum of one year.”

“Excellent office staff but let down by Royal Mail. Interestingly, another parcel was delivered at the same and having been told of reduced staffing levels I suspect that when their system detects another parcel for the same address, they simply waits for that one to arrive. The nuts are nicely packaged and taste good.”

“Product good. Helpful customer service when contacted. But need to sort out delivery - DPD let you down badly but being 2 days late on a next day delivery. Very poor and sadly reflects badly on your company.”

“Great choice, very reasonable prices and fast delivery. However, they have a 50 pounds rule for free delivery, BUT they cheat a bit by not including tax in the price. If you want free delivery your pretax purchase must be over 50. Not fair.”

“Love the nuts but not the cost of carriage. However, emailed Natural Choice and it seems they are arranging to reduce the price of carriage by using Parcel Force as an alternative. Hurray!!!!”

Hi Dafydd, Thank you for the feedback, We are sorry to hear that some of your walnuts were broken, walnuts in shell should not be damaged in any way, we remove any damaged kernels before packing. Therefore, we can only assume this damage was caused in transit. Hi Shena, Thank you for your review, we are aware of a small batch of pumpkin seeds where some became patchy in appearance - which we have now replaced.
