“As a repeat customer and resident of Northern Ireland, I'm once again very pleased with my order. Quality hazelnuts delivered promptly, and in secure packaging. Pricing is very reasonable, and no 'Windsor Framework/ NI Protocol' drama or nonsense. Promise of free p&p for orders over £50 was honoured. Someone with a bit of sense realises that Northern Ireland is closer to Dudley than Northern Scotland is! Thank you.”

“It would be 5 stars but I have had a problem with mango slices (not the organic one, they were lovely) . The company said that because I had opened them they could not accept a return. This seemed rather ridiculous as it wasn't until I opened them that I found that they smelt awful and were totally inedible! This was on a previous order to this one and strangely I was not sent an email to give a review that time! This is what they said in their email reply: "We have sold a large amount of the dried sliced mango on batch 38523 and have had many good reviews since your purchase, so I think this is personal preference. "Unfortunately, as the bag has already been opened, we can’t receive it back, ...." Since then I found the reviews on here and found 2 other reviews that gave 1 star for the product because it was inedible. The reply to one review follows: "Thank you for your review, however, we are deeply disappointed that you felt the need to leave a 1-star review without contacting us first. Sliced mango is one of our best selling products, we rarely have any issues due to the fact we always process and pack current crop, and use only the finest growers. Any kind of complaints for this product is most unusual, however, had you contacted us we would have offered you a full replacement, or issued a full refund, and arranged collection for testing. Regards, The Natural Choice Team" Unfortuanately this was not what happened with me. On a positive note everything else that I have ordered form them has been really good quality and a good price. It is a shame that they did not deal with my complaint in the manner in which they told another reviewer they would.”

“I have ordered the beautiful moist dried fruit before and it has no equal!!! I used my last kilo to make two beautiful Dundee cakes which were delicious. It pays to used quality if you want a good fruit or celebration cake. This, in my opinion, is the best.”

“Arrived far too quickly - yes Royal Mail 24 was definitely overkill for a few bags of flour ! Quality and packaging were anbsolutely fine and most importantly tems were good value !”
