“My last order I got 2 bags 1kg and both bags were only half full. I was very disappointed.”

Hi Deborah, Your one star review is extremely disappointing and disheartening for all at Natural Choice, especially when you are a long standing customer, who has placed several orders with us, and left multiple five star reviews. This is totally unexpected and unjustified. If you had an issue with the goods supplied, why didn't you contact us before leaving a damaging one star review... It's rare, but mistakes can happen, this could have been resolved swiftly with an email or a quick phone call to customer services. “Fast delivery and good products. I've been searching for a while for good, shelled hazelnuts. A bit disappointed that the country of origin for products specified on site is not the actual country of origin. I would've preferred the country of origin in product description which was one of the choice factors.”

“Reasonable prices and quick dispatch. Products are of decent quality but we have found the mango very dry and the cherries have a strange taste. We were disappointed to discover an important is the fact that there are artificial colourings (E numbers) added to the strawberries which is an aesthetic colouring that is unhealthy, particularly for children. I didn't che k prior to ordering, I didn't think I'd need to. For that reason I won't buy these again.”

Hi Peel, Unfortunately, these dried strawberries do contain artificial colouring which is clearly listed as an ingredient on our website and on the packaging label. We agree that artificial colourings are not ideal, but without the added colouring, strawberries soon lose their natural colour, making them unrecognisable and undesirable. We are also sorry to hear of the disappointment in the mango and cherries we've supplied, which are both hugely popular products with five star reviews. We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations.
