Hi Wayne, We apologies for the packaging damaged cause in transit, which will be shared with DPD. Unfortunately, we have limited control over the handling of parcels once collected from our factory, sadly some delivery drivers show no respect which can cause damage to the goods inside. However, damages are low considering the volumes shipped, with a 98% success rate. On rare occasions, we do have handling issues within delivery depots, given that this is the second lot of damages delivered to you, this will be looked into by our DPD account manager.
