“The engineer was excellent and came at the right time. Unfortunately our 9 year old Samsung washing machine could not be repaired with out a lot of expense so we had to replace it. This company therefore is very honest about repairs needed!”

“the service provided by the NAC engineer was second to none, both in his manner and the repair. My initial call out fee covered three visits ( intitial inspection, ordering of new part and final part installation.) Very impressed with the gas oven now working perfectly. “It was so useful to make one phone call to NAC to arrange for a technician to visit to repair our fridge freezer, knowing that we would only have to pay one fee. It was arranged for a technician to visit the next day but when the technician contacted us and he heard that we had to turn the fridge freezer off and empty it, he made arrangements to call later that same day. Paul was polite and professional and was quick to diagnose the problem of frozen up freezer drainage hole. This required the removal of an internal panel in order to thaw the ice. Once this was done the fridge freezer was as good as new and saved us the expense of buying a new replacement. All in all an excellent service that I would have no hesitation in recommending NAC from our experience. Thank you”

“Booking was made quickly and update notifications were frequent. Tim arrived on time (in fact early!) and was able to diagnose the problem with our model of dishwasher immediately. The problem was fixed quickly with no parts being required, all for one fixed call out price. Would highly recommend.”
