NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. “Keith phoned as he left his previous call, he arrived on time and was smartly dressed. I was very impressed with how he worked, he kept the appliance clean, fied the problem and was happy to give advice for a more efficiient use of my washing machine. I have no hesitation in reccomending him to anyone for repairs to white goods.”

“Very helpful, txted to say on his way and phoned to ask where the difficult to find address. Excellent communication, pity they didn’t heed my request, afternoon only I’m working mornings!! However didn’t matter husband available. Dishwasher in full working order, thank god!”

“Washer stopped working and contacted NAC appointment made for engineer to attend following day. Good communication for ETA. Engineer [Chris] found fault with thermostat and worth repairing but would have to order replacement.Was sent an invoice by email. I was then notified that the part had been received and an appointment had been made for engineer to come and fit same which was Chris again.and had it up and running in no time.. I was impressed with the service from start to finish and cost. No fuss no mess would highly recommend”

“It was a relief to have an excellent, efficient business to repair our dishwasher. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.Our old IKEA dishwasher is working well again! The bottom tray had been very difficult as the wheels collapsed constantly. Ashley ordered a new one and there was no charge to his calling back with the wheels and replacing them. Your service has been really efficient. Office staff reassuring and helpful and Ashley did a great job. This is where I will go for any kitchen appliances that may need fixing in future. “Great communication, allowed me to confirm the visit and told me when the engineer was on his way. He was very pleasant and did a thorough job. He was unable to find a fault but the washing machine has worked perfectly since his visit. It obviously just needed his magic touch.”
