“the rear break pads didn't arrive with the break cable and they refused to help”

Thank you for your feedback. We note that you have already contacted our customer service team regarding the missing brake cable with your rear brake pads. As explained previously, we have thoroughly investigated the issue, including checking our warehouse stock and order records. Unfortunately, without any indication of an error on our side, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for the brake cable. If you have any further information or evidence that you believe we have not considered, please share it with us, and we will be happy to review it again.

“There are severel different options for correct replacement of the front brake discs and pads for my 2018 Audi TFSI Sport. The Motor World website made it easy to choose correct parts and the quality of Quinton & Hazell parts was excellent, offering good value for money. Delivery and service was reliable.”

“Great value 5*++. Even with extra postage to get it to the Isle of Wight it was £££ cheaper than any of my local suppliers and they wouldn't even deliver. Ordered on a Thursday, despatched same day, arrived on Saturday, 4 days ahead of schedule. Can't ask for more.”

“Trawled the internet looking for some Bluecol Antifreeze for a Classic Car. This company came in at a great price, even less with a promo code, free delivery and ridiculously fast delivery. Ordered ~ 15:00 on the Wednesday, delivered before 11:99 am the following day, well done, keep up the good work !!!!!!!!!!”

“Easy too find parts just click in vehicle registration and off you go i have a porsche 924 lux 1984 so not easy to find parts as most engine searches don't recognise my vehicle registration this one does prompt delivery so far so good”

“I only received half of my order and was given a partial refund for the rest. So I had to go out to euro car parts as I needed it for a service the same day. I may have just gone out in the first place. Which is what I will be doing in the future. Oh and I'll never believe a word Mike brewer says ever again.”
